TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF RELATIONSHIP RAMP UP 

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION You hereby authorize Emily Grace and Fool Films LLC to charge your credit card according to the payment schedule outlined on your checkout page.  You are responsible for completing your entire payment plan, regardless of attendance or participation. Please be sure you are making the right decision for your career.  

REFUND POLICY To request a refund send an email to info@emilygrace.tv  

If you do all the assigned work and don’t get value, we will refund the money you have paid under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:  

DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR A REFUND

• To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 21 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds will be considered after the 21 day period has ended. 
• Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you put in effort) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can make the course better).  

COMPANY DISCRETION

• Once you submit your materials, all refunds are up to the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
• This program requires you to take action, including reaching out to industry professionals during the course. If you are not willing to do that, save your time and money and do not take this course. Please do not take Relationship Ramp Up to passively learn another strategy. You have to put what you’re learning into action or you will not get results. Don’t be lazy, claim the program didn’t work and expect your money back.  

RELEASE AUTHORIZATION  

By enrolling in the Ramp Up Your Relationships program, you hereby grant permission to Emily Grace and Fool Films LLC, the right of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts you voluntarily share inside the Ramp Up Your Relationships Facebook group without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.  

Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording.  

Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising  

By purchasing Ramp Up Your Relationships, you understand this permission signifies that photographic, video, recordings, or audio recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the internet . You also understand that anything you post inside the Ramp Up Your Relationships Facebook group may be distributed for promotional purposes on the internet by Emily Grace and Fool Films LLC.

There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.  

This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the Ramp Up Your Relationships hosted by Emily Grace and Fool Films LLC. It also applies to any images or content you voluntarily share on the Ramp Up Your Relationships Facebook group.  

You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing Ramp Up Your Relationships, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this service.  

DISCLAIMER FOOL FILMS LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET ANY RESULTS OR EARN ANY MONEY USING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, IDEAS, TOOLS, STRATEGIES, OR RECOMMENDATIONS, AND NOTHING ON OUR WEBSITES OR IN OUR PRODUCTS IS A PROMISE OR GUARANTEE TO YOU OF FUTURE EARNINGS. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. By purchasing ANY EMILY GRACE OR FOOL FILMS LLC PROGRAMS OR SERVICES, you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation and that we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your earnings, bookings, auditions, or career growth of any kind. You alone are responsible for your actions and results personally and professionally. You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by our customers or audience represented on our programs, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by us, and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly.
